MH370: The tragic reason why the M'sian govt is now the subject of GLOBAL SCORN

Written by J. D. LovrenciearMonday, 31 March 2014 14:05

A big question like this from a big man surely deserves a complete answer. So sit back to read and reflect on this long Letter.
22 days of blank on the missing Malaysian Airlines Boeing Jet 777 is certainly not candy in the mouth and one can well understand the Defense Minister-cum-Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Seri Hishammudin’s plight.
The Minister’s painful frustration was well echoed when he asked under the glare of the global media, “what more do people want?”
A question so serious certainly demands courageous, honest answers too.
The answers to his question perhaps can be found in just one question, namely:
Is the tragic disappearance of the Boeing state-of-art plane with 239 lives on board well managed, poorly managed or totally mismanaged by the Malaysian authorities and its government that claims to have over half a century of experience and trust?
That is what people want Mr. Honorable Minister. They want to be convinced that you and your pack of comrades are doing a job that is humanly and humanely possible.
Hisham's question show his lack of intellectual depth and signal's Malaysia's immaturity as a nation
In the thick of a crisis what people want is to be convinced that the right actions are being taken. The public – including governments, media, the affected family members, all of them expect reassuring and consistent answers and actions from a source that is directly responsible for a tragedy of such magnitude.
This is a case that involves a Malaysian national carrier. It is a government company. The people put in charge to manage and operate the business are sanctioned by the government.
The case also involves several agencies and ministries too. The Air Force, the DCA, the airport authorities, immigration – in short the entire government and even the plane manufacturers are being held responsible until such time that the truth is established.
And you also need to understand that the government of Malaysia cannot absolve itself from any eventual outcome finally. That is what people want to hear. Therefore they are demanding that the government acts responsibly, transparently and consistently.
But you put the cart before the horse when you recently concluded – even before any truth is finally established and all loose ends are tied, that the world will judge you and your political party which is the ruling government, fairly. That claim is a real flop, unfortunately.
In the thick of a crisis you do not make such statements of claim. Instead you could have let wisdom prevail by knowing that it is the same public who will eventually judge you and that you cannot argue that final judgment but accept it out of a sense of humility and seek to learn out of that verdict.
But you reversed the gun on yourself by even daring a statement that the government will not change anything in the way it handled this crisis in the future. Hello Sir, coming out of Ground Zero, the world’s superpower admitted that it had so much more to learn!
You see Honorable Minister, when your colleagues within the hallways of your government-cum-political party make conflicting statements; make public statements and then retract without a single drop of apology; or charge with allegations against foreign media and even Malaysian on-line media, do you expect the public to trust your actions?
In a crisis media is king, messenger of hope, enlightenment and truth, and bearer of news. People do not listen to political parties. They seek out the media. So do not fight with them. Court them with information, information, information and over and over again until they understand your honest best.
Sweet words won't do anymore
You may be deeply moved by this tragic and totally unwanted crisis; you may hug the grieving family members out of a deep sense of genuine consolation for them in this hour of grieve. That is all fine. But that still will not stop the public – here in Malaysia and the whole wide world from holding you and your political party of leaders accountable every inch of each passing day.
Do not be blinded with the presumption or perception or hardnened belief that people are heartless either. They can accept the fact that you or your government of over half a century may not have the resources and means to tackle this unprecedented crisis. What makes people take a questioning extreme is the fact that you and your government have been parading far too much and too long to the world that here is a regime that is racing to be world class soon.
You spent the nation’s blessings of oil and crop dividends on building mega structures. You wanted to make your badge of cars that would stand up against world brands and give a run for their money; you spent billions in erecting skyscrapers and put up the Twin Towers that made the world believe that here is a nation that is extremely capable.
You bought state-of-art submarines and spent, spent, spent on defense artilleries. Never mind for the time being about the unending commissions and kick-backs that made some people cash rich.
At every national parade marking Malaysia’s Independence Day, your government showcased an awe inspiring might of our military capabilities.
You flew that flag of “Truly Asia” in the four corners of the world in an attempt to keep bringing more tourists to a nation carved out in multi-million dollars advertisements as a destination not to be missed, a nation that is so well prepared, advancing and modernized.
To cut the story short, your government sold a long story of great expectations about Malaysia to the world. “Have you not over-sold” seems to be the question and perception now.
Why the M'sian govt is now the world's BIGGEST JOKE
Now in the wake of this mega-tragedy they learn of so many situations that need more answers.
Our submarine that was purchased at a huge cost that included the price of bombing away with C4 a Mongolian lady and her unborn child, cannot help.
Our fighter jets only made a slow appearance after almost three weeks when the rest of the world were already scrambling into action from the South China Sea to the southern Indian Ocean.
Now we are told by you that our technology needs to be upgraded to cope with INTERPOL’s security system; that foreigners with stolen and forged passports have been using Malaysia as an easy gateway; and many more.
It also seems that you and your team continue to make many more stumbles and stumbling blocks.
You cut off the Opposition law makers in the midst of a crisis that has national and international significance. But you could have bridged the gaps and appeared more sincere in working together for a larger cause. Are the opposition members not citizens of your land? Are they not also concerned about national image, reputation and of their duty to defend the nation?
Suggestions they offered in Parliament were lampooned or arm-twisted with "we know when and how".
The foreign media is slammed. The on-line media is threatened.
Why keep doing so in the thick of a crisis? What is so difficult to court with all media and offer your answers in a consistent, clear manner? What is so difficult to advise, plead and seek cooperation and sympathy from people and media by offering consistent, clear, honest, humble and transparent clarifications over and over again?
But you even choose to secretly hide away from media the Chinese nationals on arrival and holed them up inside closed doors where beriefings are held by you and your members. Your arguments that the family and next-of-kin need to protected from media harrasment fell apart like a stack of loose cards when the foreigners themselves went ahead to speak with the foreign media.
If all these are not enough, you are also found to be calling for all citizens to come together to protect the nation from its enemies. Who are your enemies? Who are these enemies of Malaysia? People who ask questions in the wake of inadequate or cloudy answers? People who hold you and your team mates responsible until such time that answers are established beyond reasonable doubt?
When the world questions or criticizes your actions they are not your enemies. They are opportunities to prove to the world that you are doing the right thing at the right time at the right place and by the right people.
And by the way what is this signature campaign you have unleashed through MCA in the bustling city streets? Are you not trying to create more enemies on your own accord? Is this not politicizing a crisis? Are you not trying to tell the world that Malaysians are upset with the world and are registering their protest?
What if the world takes offence and decides to pull out its helping hand in this crisis? What if the Chinese nationals who are here in Malaysia see this as a subtle attack on them? You forget that your government advised Malaysians to be extra careful in China when their citizens were displaying annoyance, anger and frustration outside your embassy.
Malaysia paying the price for its own oppressive, uncompetitive policies
So hopefully the government of Malaysia will find the answers to “what more do people want?” in all the many questions raised and pointers made here.
Simply put, the government of over half a century is paying the price for its unilateral decision making coveted by the oppressive Official Secrets Act, the Internal Security Act and the muzzled presses in the country. Such crutches will only give way in the face of a crisis, Sir!
It pays to be humble on the long haul Sir. We are a third world country. Formula 1 race circuits, mega-maligais, towering structures, resplendent capitals, “Malaysia Boleh” sloganeering and many more do not give a nation capacities to face a crisis competently, capably and with capacity.
It is attitude, values, mindsets, a track record of principles and honor that help a nation navigate through unprecedented eventualities like this MH370 tragedy.
Why is the PM shirking his responsibility
And why is the prime minister of Malaysia so illusive in these critical hours, days and weeks of national need?
For a crisis that falls right onto the lap of a government and with international implications and ramifications, should Najib not be the first person to stand in front and stand tall to take this nation through the crisis?
Why is a Deputy Minister tasked with this globally impacting challenge in the first place? So you see Sir, therein also lay the answers to your question.
As they say, the test of the pudding is in the eating, UMNO-BN is being tested to its limits today. Stop blaming citizens in your country or citizens around the world.
Pray God, have mercy.

why would the daily mail make up bogus stories about Capt Zaharie?

The Daily Mail came under fire from Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah's family and friends last night over the British tabloid's report that the MH370 pilot was distracted and withdrawn weeks from the March 8 flight that vanished.

The Malaysia Airlines (MAS) pilot has been the subject of investigations by Malaysian authorities after the plane carrying 239 people disappeared, but the US Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) has cleared him after finding nothing in his self-built Boeing 777 simulator.

The paper had previously reported that Captain Zaharie, who has been with MAS for 33 years and has more than 18,000 flying hours, had personal problems and was a fanatical supporter of opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

"Dear Daily Mail, You should consider making movies since you are so good at making up stories and scripts out of thin air...

"May god have mercy on your souls. You can bet your ass I will not forgive you," the pilot's daughter, Aishah Zaharie, wrote on her Facebook status last night.

The tabloid's weekly edition, The Mail on Sunday, reported yesterday that Captain Zaharie's wife, Faizah Khanum Mustafa Khan, had allegedly told investigators that "he retreated into a shell", spending time alone in his room in the house they shared.

It has been more than three weeks since flight MH370 disappeared with 239 crew and passengers aboard, and investigators in Malaysia suspect that the plane may have been deliberately steered off course.

The plane is thought to have flown hundreds of miles out over the southern Indian Ocean where it eventually ran out of fuel and plunged into the sea.

No wreckage or debris has been found as yet from the plane.

The tabloid had said they spoke to the wife and daughter of the 53-year-old pilot and both said he had been distracted and withdrawn in the weeks before the aircraft’s disappearance.

But an email sent to The Malaysian Insider denied that family members, except for Zaharie's son, had spoken to the Daily Mail.

The weekly, saying no suicide note had been found and no motive established, claimed police were continuing to concentrate on the pilot’s background and his state of mind before the flight.

The report further said that police interviews with family members confirmed that the pilot, who lived with his family in an upmarket neighbourhood in Shah Alam, did not have any obvious financial problems. – March 31, 2014.

Pilot's daughter says UK tabloid 'made up' MH370 report

Kuala Lumpur: The daughter of MH370's pilot has accused a British tabloid of "making up" an article in which the paper quoted her saying her father was unstable before the flight, a report said on Monday.

The Daily Mail, whose coverage of the three-week-long missing-plane crisis has been questioned before, said in a report Sunday that family members described captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah, 53, as "disturbed".

Authorities are closely investigating the backgrounds of Zaharie and his co-pilot Fariq Abdul Hamid, 27, over the mysterious disappearance of the Malaysia Airlines flight on March 8 with 239 people aboard. Malaysia says it was deliberately diverted.

But Aishah Zaharie, the captain's daughter, said the Daily Mail report was bogus.

"Dear Daily Mail, You should consider making movies since you are so good at making up stories and scripts out of thin air," she said in a posting late Sunday on her Facebook page, according to news portal Malaysian Insider.

"May god have mercy on your souls. You can bet your ass I will not forgive you," the 28-year-old added.

AFP could not confirm the comments due to the restricted-access settings on Aishah's Facebook page. She did not immediately respond to an AFP message seeking comment.

The tabloid had said Zaharie was "on the brink" of divorcing his wife of 30 years.

Quoting a "source close to the pilot's family", it said Zaharie's wife Faizah Khanum Mustafa Khan told investigators that he stopped speaking to her in the weeks before the flight and "retreated into a shell".

Aishah was quoted as saying: "He wasn't the father I knew. He seemed disturbed and lost in a world of his own."

Malaysian police have questioned the families of Zaharie, co-pilot Fariq and other crew, and seized a flight simulator from the captain's house. No evidence has emerged to implicate anyone.

Malaysian opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim had previously criticised an earlier Daily Mail report that described Zaharie as a fanatical supporter of Anwar.

Just hours before MH370 took off, Anwar was convicted of sodomy -- illegal in the Muslim-majority country -- in a controversial case that he said was fabricated to ruin his political career. Anwar, who faces five years in jail, is appealing the verdict.

A Facebook tribute page called "Friends of Captain Zaharie MH370" and set up by a schoolmate of the captain also expressed outrage at the Daily Mail article.

It had attracted more than 25,000 followers as of mid-day Monday.

Zaharie's family has shied away from the media, but his 26-year-old son Ahmad Seth dismissed speculation his father may have intentionally diverted the plane for sinister purposes in an interview with Malaysia's New Straits Times last week.

Other friends and colleagues have also come to the defence of Zaharie, who flew for Malaysia Airlines for 33 years and was a respected senior pilot.

Why would Israel have a plane identical to the missing Malaysia Airlines plane in storage in Tel Aviv? The plane in this photo is Boeing 777 2H6(ER) - 28416/155, an identical twin of the missing plane, which has been in Israel since November 2013. Why would Israel have a plane identical to the missing Malaysia Airlines plane in storage in Tel Aviv?  The plane in this photo is Boeing 777 2H6(ER) – 28416/155, an identical twin of the missing plane, which has been in Israel since November 2013.  What are the Israelis doing with this plane in a hanger in Tel Aviv?  Could it be part of a false-flag terror plot in the making?  Where is this plane today?
Update – According to reports from plane-spotters, Israel has an identical Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777-200 in storage in Tel Aviv since November 2013.  The only visible difference between the missing plane and the one in Tel Aviv would be its serial number.  What do the Israelis have planned with the twin Malaysia Airlines plane?
By using the twin aircraft they have in storage, the terror masterminds may have a sinister plan for the missing plane to seemingly reappear in a false-flag atrocity.  Public awareness of the twin plane in Tel Aviv, therefore, could prevent the evil plot from going ahead.
For more on the identical Malaysia plane in Tel Aviv see the latest entry, dated March 26, 2014, on my Q&A and Comment page.
Note:  The Malaysia Air 777 with Boeing serial number 28416 and registered as 9M-MRI was sold to GA Telesis, LLC of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on October 21, 2013, and is now registered as N105GT. The aircraft was stored at Tarbes Lourdes Pyrenees on October 4, 2013, and then on November 4, 2013, it was re-registered as N105GT and stored at Tel Aviv.

This information is very important because it fits neatly into the terror scenario presented by Israeli El Al “security expert” Issac Yeffet shortly after the Malaysian plane went missing.  Yeffet suggested the missing plane had been hijacked to Iran and was being prepared for a terror attack.  For the Israelis to have an identical plane in a hanger in Tel Aviv reveals why Yeffet presented such a scenario.  He appears to have been setting the stage for a false-flag attack like 9-11, perhaps in Israel. If such an attack were to occur in Israel all the evidence would be in the hands of Israeli intelligence giving them complete control of the interpretation or narrative of the terror event.

“I BELIEVE IRAN WAS INVOLVED”

“What happened to this aircraft, nobody knows. My guess is based upon the stolen passports, and I believe Iran was involved. They hijacked the aircraft and they landed it in a place that nobody can see or find it.”
- Issac Yeffet, former El Al security expert to Times of Israel, March 17, 2014
World seems transfixed by 777 disappearance. Maybe no crash but stolen, effectively hidden, perhaps in Northern Pakistan, like Bin Laden.
- Rupert Murdoch on Twitter, March 15, 2014

It is not Iranians, but Israeli agents and Zionist propagandists like Rupert Murdoch who are the real authors of false-flag terror plots involving airliners being flown into hi-rise towers. Arnon Milchan, for example, the Israeli Mossad operative-cum-film producer, made the Medusa Touch film in 1978, in which a 9-11 type attack is the climax of the film. Is there a nefarious plot in the works to use the missing Malaysian plane for such an attack. Click to enlarge

The making of Milchan's Medusa Touch involved constructing models to simulate an aircraft striking a skyscraper.
With no trace of Beijing-bound flight MH370 after nine days, one of several theories that has emerged is that the plane was hijacked to Iran, where it could be turned into a massive and devastating weapon. Two Iranian passengers are known to have been aboard, travelling on false passports. While Israeli officials did not confirm any suspicions regarding Iran, experts said it is not a stretch to point the finger at Israel’s Middle East nemesis.
“My guess is based upon the stolen passports, and I believe Iran was involved [in the disappearance of the plane],” Issac Yeffet, formerly a global security expert for Israel’s national airline El Al told today’s Times of Israel. “They hijacked the aircraft and they landed it in a place that nobody can see or find it.”
- “Missing jet, Iranian threats, prompt Israel to tighten air security” by Paul Alster, March 17, 2014
The disappearance of the Malaysian Boeing 777 looks like something from a Batman movie plot – or a bad Israeli screenplay by Arnon Milchan and his business partner Rupert Murdoch. The missing plane is bound to turn up sooner or later. The hijackers – or Israeli computer hackers – didn’t pull a fast turn to the west and make professional moves with the plane in order to simply drop it in the Indian Ocean.  Or maybe they did. In any case, all of the events going on with the missing Boeing and the Ukrainian crisis look like the making of a perfect storm – or perhaps another false-flag terror spectacle like 9-11.
An Israel-based reporter named Paul Alster has an article on Murdoch’s FoxNews.com giving an Israeli prognosis about the missing Malaysian Boeing 777. The article is important because it suggests that the Israelis may be setting the stage for a false-flag event using the missing plane as a flying bomb.
The article indicates that the Israelis may be projecting a planned terror scenario and are planting the idea in the public mind. The following article has comments from an Israeli El Al “security expert” that are very similar to comments tweeted by Rupert Murdoch the day before. Isn’t it interesting that Rupert Murdoch and an Israeli airline security expert imagine the exact same fate for the missing Boeing?

MURDOCH’S COMMENTS ON MISSING PLANE

Obama should call Chinese President following today’s incident and say “we both have the problem of Muslim terrorism. Can we work together?”
3:50 AM – 2 Mar 2014
777 crash confirms jihadists turning to make trouble for China. Chance for US to make common cause, befriend China while Russia bullies.
4:15 PM – 9 Mar 2014
World seems transfixed by 777 disappearance. Maybe no crash but stolen, effectively hidden, perhaps in Northern Pakistan, like Bin Laden.
2:23 AM – 15 Mar 2014
777. Still think this a reminder that US and China should be working more closely on Muslim extremist threat.
2:26 AM – 15 Mar 2014
The Israeli comments in the article imagine a terror scenario like that described by Murdoch.  It is important to note that the Israeli El Al “security expert” comes from the exact same groups (ICTS, El Al security, Menachem Atzmon, the Shin Bet and assorted Mossadniks), who projected the ideation of 9-11 (Murdoch’s “Lone Gunmen” pilot episode in 2000 and Arnon Milchan’s Medusa Touch film in 1978) – and who were involved in the false-flag attacks of 9-11.
This is exactly what the evidence I present in my Solving 9-11 books reveals about Israeli involvement in the false-flag terrorism of 9-11.  The fact that the same people are now projecting the ideation that the Boeing 777 has been hijacked (perhaps by computer like in the “Lone Gunmen”) and will be used in a terror attack needs to be taken very seriously.
The game is on. We need to be aware of the very real possibility that the plane may resurface, used as a weapon of terror.  If so, the attack would probably be designed to be a false-flag provocation that can be used to initiate aggression against a targeted foe – such as the Islamic Republic of Iran.  If enough people understand the evil game of deception the Israelis are up to, they won’t be able to pull off another major terror spectacle – and get away with it.
Here is the article by Paul Alster from FoxNews.com
Missing jet, Iranian threats, prompt Israel to tighten air security
By Paul Alster, March 17, 2014
HAIFA, Israel – Top Israeli defense officials have hurriedly put in place a confidential list of secret security measures in light of the baffling disappearance of a Malaysia Airlines jumbo jet that experts fear could become a weapon of mass destruction if in the wrong hands.
As the search continued to widen fruitlessly, Israeli security officials and aviation authorities, who have long feared a 9/11-style attack, conducted a security assessment and rapidly implemented a series of security measures. The only one reported publicly is that Israeli air traffic controllers will demand that incoming aircraft identify themselves earlier than has so far been the case, sources told FoxNews.com.
IDF officials aim to ensure an unthinkable repetition of the Twin Towers attack doesn’t happen in Tel Aviv, where the skyscraping triple Azrieli Towers rise high above the city. There’s good reason to believe the three-tower commercial-residential-office complex is a coveted target of the Islamic Republic.
In a recent video simulation broadcast by Iranian state TV after the initial agreement with the international community on a reduction in Iran’s nuclear capability was signed, the Azrieli Towers were shown being blown up by Iranian missiles.
The Israeli media has speculated that if Iran played a part in the disappearance of the plane, it is all but certain the regime would not have been directly involved. It would likely instead act through a third party, using one of the many international terror organizations Iran sponsors and maintaining plausible deniability. Tehran would not want to jeopardize the easing of international sanctions and other gains made recently at the Geneva negotiations with the US and the P5+1.
The recent interception of a boatload of Iranian M-302 missiles headed for Israel’s enemies in the Gaza Strip or Sinai Peninsula has given rise to further speculation in Israel that Iran might be considering all manner of means to strike back after such an embarrassing and damaging loss.
“This would never have happened on an Israeli plane,” Yeffet said. “An El Al aircraft was hijacked for the first and last time in 1968. Since then, there has not been a single flight where security did not check every single name.”
Yeffet believes that the time consuming and often-criticized profiling of every passenger at Israeli airports would have picked up the Iranians travelling on false papers.
Most flights to and from Israel require check-in three hours before the advertised flight time and passengers are often faced with many questions (some personal) that some people take exception to. The fact remains though that the Israeli method seems to work and has, thus far, proved watertight.
“More security costs more money,” Menachem Yarden, a retired El Al pilot with more than 37 years experience told Fox News.com. “Few companies these days are making money because of increased costs and relatively low ticket prices. Especially in the U.S., spending more money on security and telling people to come 3 hours before the flight – even if their flight time is just one hour – it’s crazy. No-one would fly.”
Asked if air marshals – allegedly placed on every El Al plane – might have made a difference to flight MH370 if, as some believe, it has been hijacked, Yarden said, “As El Al pilots we didn’t know all the security measures [put in place]. Security is a separate matter [to piloting] and the fewer people that know about it, the more secure it is.”
Yarden said it is possible such a huge aircraft could have flown thousands of miles undetected.
“Yes. It is possible to fly as low as the pilot is able,” Yarden confirmed. “When you switch off the transponder no civil controller can see you. In 9/11 the pilots switched off the transponders and no one saw them. It is not like military radar which sends electromagnetic pulses that receives back the echo via antenna.”
“In this extraordinary case any theory might be the right theory,” Yarden concluded. “No one knows what’s happened.”
